Mr Logan Ramotlou  is the Chief of Mission at Logan Embassy. He holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Law (majoring in corporate finance, corporate insolvency, and company law) from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Venda.

His legal career footprints are traced at Webber Wentzel (a leading full service law firm on the African continent). He has remarkable experience in corporate law, commercial law; dispute resolution, mine health and safety law, and employment law.

With years of C-suite professional experience, Logan Ramotlou holds a strong legal background and broad commercial perspective across many spheres of corporate business. He holds several leadership roles at management, partnership and Board level in South Africa and on the Continent with well-established national and multinational groups.

Logan Ramotlou has earned ample exposure to emerging market operations and regulatory relations across Africa. 

His standout capability – developed over the course of a stellar career – is steering complex matters,

counsel and diverse stakeholder matrices, in effect guiding drawn-out processes to successful conclusion for the long-term benefit and greater good of all parties involved.

He excels in fluently outlining and monitoring adherence to the provisions governing obligations of Directors, and in advancing the efficacy of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) precepts in business.

Logan Ramotlou maintains up-to-date market insights to balance legal principles and the commercial realities of conducting business between emerging and advanced economies – aptly assessing risks and appetite, therefor, identifying potential minefields, fielding threats and preventing crises through proactive instigation.
